2. What we collect
Only what you type into the «Request a demo / quote» form: name, company, job title, work email, phone number, products of interest, industry, your message, the site language and the record that you accepted this notice. To curb abuse we also keep an irreversible cryptographic hash of the IP address the request came from; the address itself is not stored. We do not collect sensitive personal data.
3. Why
Only to answer your request. No advertising, no sale of data, no secondary purposes.
4. Who we share it with
No transfers to third parties for their own purposes. Amazon Web Services, Inc. hosts the site, stores the request and emails it to the AIVARA team on our behalf and under our instructions, from infrastructure in the United States.
5. Your rights
Access, rectification, cancellation, objection, withdrawal of consent and limitation of use: write to privacidad@aivara.mx. We reply within 20 business days.
6. Cookies and tracking
None. No cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking. A light or dark theme choice stays in your browser’s local storage.
7. Retention, changes and authority
Requests are kept as long as needed to answer them, for 12 months at most, and are then deleted automatically. Changes are published on this page. The competent authority is the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.
